How to change my payment details

For purchases via credit card through Paypal

You will need to update your credit card details via Paypal. Click here to find out how you can add, edit, change or remove your credit or debit cards on Paypal.

To change payment channel, from Paypal Account A to Paypal Account B

Please note that it is not easy to change Paypal account from A to B for subscription payments. However, if it is really necessary to make the change, please contact for assistance.

How do I join the Members Only Facebook Group?

If you are a member of VBA, you will be able to join our members-only Facebook group. To join, please visit the group page and request to join the group. You will be approved within 24 hours – 48 hours.

How do I cancel my membership

For cancellation please contact us at and we can take care of this for you. Please

allow 24 to 48 hours.

I can't find the course modules what do I do?

Please make sure you are logged in (look for the LOG IN link in the top right hand side of the page).

Once you are logged in, hover over “Members Area” in the menu and you will see a drop down menu with the course(s) name names.
